FREQUENT QUESTIONS

The A1 certificate confirms, under Regulation (EC) 883/2004, that a worker remains covered by the social-security system of their home country. It must be presented at the start of work for each posted worker. Valid A1 documents are in place for everyone we deploy.
Yes. Under section 20 MiLoG, foreign contractors must pay at least the statutory minimum wage to workers active in Germany. Rewolta Group s.r.o. complies fully. The general contractor carries subsidiary liability under section 13 MiLoG; our complete digital documentation reduces that exposure.
Through our digital platform (the Rewolta APP, currently in testing) we maintain A1 status, daily work orders, time tracking and hand-over records in a structured, audit-ready trail, available on request.
Details on insurance scope and coverage limits are provided on request. Further proofs (e.g. tax-exemption certificate) will be added once available.
After contract signing and document transfer, teams are typically on site within 5 to 10 working days. For urgent projects we check short-notice availability on request.
Our works contracts follow German law (BGB sections 631 ff.). The distinction from unlawful temporary-agency work (independent execution, own tools, no client instruction right, remuneration per unit of work rather than hourly rate) is structurally ensured. An anonymised contract template is available on request for your pre-check.
