2. Hosting (Netlify)
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA – a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). Netlify may process your IP address for technical delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A DPA is in place.
3. Contact / application forms (Netlify Forms)
Form data is processed via Netlify Forms and forwarded to us solely to handle your enquiry/application. Stored by the processor on US servers (DPA, EU-US DPF). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Deleted after completion or statutory retention.
4. Cookies, consent & Google Analytics
Technically necessary storage (localStorage key rewolta-consent) stores your cookie choice; no consent required (§ 25(2) TTDSG).
After your explicit consent ("Accept") we use Google Analytics 4. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland; possible transfer to Google LLC, USA (EU-US DPF, Art. 45 GDPR). Purpose: statistical reach analysis; anonymize_ip is enabled. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG. If you choose "Reject", Google Analytics is not loaded.
You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer (Art. 7(3) GDPR). GA retention: typically up to 14 months.
5. Server logs
Netlify logs technical access data (shortened IP, browser, referrer, date/time), not merged with other sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Your rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact: info@rewolta-group.de. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Czech Republic: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz).
